Called Precise Pest Control because we had carpet beetles crawling around most of our downstairs windows. The owner, Ricky, fit us into his schedule quickly and gave me tips on what I could do in the meantime (vacuuming, wiping down windowsills and baseboards, etc). Ricky was very knowledgeable, confirming the problem upon arrival, and was efficient and thorough during the service.
