I just want to express my satisfaction on how people from this company communicated with me over the phone and in person throughout the past year. I specifically thank Michael for answering all my questions related to lawn care and gave me information without pushing me to buy more service. I also liked Kristie's polite follow up on my rating and my overall opinion on the service after pre-paying for the second year of contract. Finally, once I met Bill, the technician, in my property and learned a lot from him about my lawn's condition. We use Simply the Best Lawn Care and Simply the Best Pest Control (home and yard) and all the technicians that serviced our home were fantastic! They were very informative and helpful in helping us rid our home and yard of critters and making our lawn look great - especially Craig Dahl, Alex Rodrigues and Bill Stearns. My wife had a ton of questions and Bobbi, Monica and Stephanie were very responsive and helpful in explaining how the services and cost worked. She was very with the support via email. They are simply the best!!

Simply the Best was chosen to take on a huge task at my home - rehab my lawn after a septic installation tore it apart and too much invasive weeds had crept in from the previous owners.Over the last two years, this service has my lawn looking so healthy and pristine that I almost can’t believe the difference they have made. It’s tremendous.Their technicians are great (big thanks to Bill and James, especially!!!) and I am fortunate they offer a package that allows me to let them know when some of the more stubborn unwanted weeds are back and need more “attention”.I cannot wait to see how my lawn looks in 2024. Thank you, Simply the Best!
