“Jose is a lifesaver! He listened to where I saw the wasps and even double checked the bedroom in the 3rd floor apartment I'm renting after looking into the bathroom exhaust. He quickly identified that there was a yellow jackets nest directly outside the bedroom window and were getting in through the wall under the crevice between the baseboard. He got his tools and started addressing the nest issue.
We thought that was it and I was expecting to keep an eye out for any activity after 7 days. Then I noticed not just one but multiple crawling out from under the basboard. I ran downstairs to see if Jose was still there and thankfully he was. He came back upstairs with spray and promptly looked into it. He doused that crevice area really well and told me they would die quickly when they came out. No need to worry they would fly towards me. I am going to keep an eye out for any activity after 7 days, like he advised. Thanks to Jose I feel I can lay my head down tonight, with less apprehension about being stung in the middle of the night. So grateful.”
