I had tried physically therapy, but was never able to make much progress. I began working with LeeAnn who brought the physical therapy knowledge and approach without being restricted by a diagnosis and insurance guided workouts. With her help I was able to build a foundation that I could transfer into training with Ben (owner). With Ben I've gotten to the point where I am either as strong or stronger than I was before my pain started.
The knowledge, attention, accommodation, and encouragement that comes from Ben and the trainers he hires helped me to get my life back.“

I’m really grateful that Trevor, the overnight worker, is there because he’s always very pleasant and helpful. The gym is the cleanest it’s ever been at night because he’s always on top of everything. Please make sure he stays and is well rewarded for the job he does and for his great attitude because I’ve seen a big turnover of overnight staff and he is by far the best one they’ve had. The gym overall is great and I always look forward to my workouts here.“
