My husband and I love this place. Everyone there is so nice. It is very clean and we also have the best trainer Eamon, he is so nice and really helped us workout. We met with Aylissa and she also was very welcoming and explained everything. Not one of those big gyms where you never get to know anyone. We always recommend this gym to everyone. Fitness Factory Health Club in New Providence is one of THE BEST gyms I have ever worked out in! I like that the staff are professional, very friendly, motivational, and check-in on you. The owner Nick is a humble guy who cares about his clientele. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and positive in his gym. I love that this gym is a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE! Everyone all ages and sizes works out in this gym which makes the gym environment comfortable and super relaxing to workout in. My yoga mat is my temple. It holds me in place while I mentally process all of the various thoughts, traumas, and melodramas of life. My mat provides a 24 x 72 inch sanctuary to assist me with getting in tune with my body consciousness and connect my breath to my inner reservoir of life.
