Amp spin class is awesome. But unfortunately it’s not the luxury high end vibe I was hoping for. Too many kids and teens running around, and kids in the jacuzzi when it should be 12+. Jacuzzi could be hotter heat wise. I left the ymca bc I didn’t want to be around children.

Yoga class with Maureen at Berkley Heights. Very rewarding, Surrender class with intense stretching of hips today. Now, at 202, consequetive days of yoga at a Lifetime fitness center, and this was the best!

Love the gym floor and classes But the outdoor pool is Summer camp and Day care during the summer for kids, It is no Beach Club what so ever for adults the pool and pool area are overcrowded with kids screaming splashing and jumping into the pool I pay 160 for a “gym” with amenities I didn’t sign up for Summer Camp ..it gets over run by kids during the summer Don’t plan on having a relaxing day by the pool
