Dave came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! We have an older boiler and with that comes lots of maintenance - unfortunately certain parts were past the point of no return and we were without hot water. We reached out to Paragon immediately and Dave was so attentive and came to check out the problem very quickly. He installed a new water softener and indirect fired water heater in no time. He answered all of our questions and what I really loved is that he gave us a detailed run down of all possible options and didn't want to just throw a bandaid on it. We are extremely pleased that we selected David and Paragon as to take care of the plumbing work in our recent renovation of two bathrooms in our home. Dave came highly recommended when we moved to Califon in 2021 and since then he’s installed a new tankless water heater (pictured), generator, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, and generally been incredibly helpful in repairing and updating the plumbing in a 25 year old home. He’s incredibly responsive, not afraid to tell the client (me) when I’m moving in the wrong decision with a direction, and his work is very high quality.
