Ben the Plumber is a top-notch, reliable, and knowledgeable plumber. He is extremely nice, professional, friendly, and very trustworthy. He responds quickly, arrives promptly, and is always on time and flexible. He does wonderful work, fixes problems thoroughly, and provides common sense advice. He explains issues patiently and clearly. His prices are extremely reasonable, fair, and great. Customers highly recommend him for all plumbing needs and state he is the only plumber they will use, calling him again without hesitation.
I needed help with a bathroom I am remodeling so I called Ben. He was able to get out to my location and perform a few repairs for which I was not comfortable handling myself. Ben did an excellent job; prompt, fair price, and great work. I already am planning on using Ben in the future. I love his passion and attention in getting the job done right the first time. A pleasure to deal with.
