“I can't say enough good things about my experience with the team at BPT physical therapy. I came in dealing with persistent knee pain that made everyday activities like walking, going up and down stairs, and exercising really difficult, especially running! From the very first session, they took the time to do a thorough evaluation, identify the root of the issue, and explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense.<br>My treatment plan was very personalized and included a combination of strengthening exercises, mobility work, and hands-on therapy. We focused a lot on building strength in my quads, glutes, and surrounding muscles to better support my knee, along with targeted stretches to improve flexibility and reduce stiffness. They also incorporated balance and stability exercises, which made a big difference in how confident and steady I feel during movement.<br>I've been to other therapists before and BPT was different in that they watch you do your exercises and correct you when you're not doing them properly, which I greatly appreciate since I wanted to improve and get better! They also don't give you exercises for just the targeted area of concern and come back to see you when you are finished; rather they give you an entire program which helps build core muscles that all tie in together and get you in solid shape. They adjusted the program as I improved, gradually progressed my exercises, added more functional movements, and made sure I was challenging myself safely without risking further injury. They also gave me clear guidance on what to do at home, which helped me stay consistent between sessions.<br>Thanks to their expertise and support, my knee pain has improved significantly. I'm now able to move much more comfortably and have return to activities I have been avoiding, (i.e.running). I truly appreciate how dedicated they were to my recovery, and I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with knee issues or looking for a knowledgeable and caring physical therapist team.
