When I got injured during my cross country season, my mom contacted her current physical therapist and asked if they could do anything to help with stress fractures and reactions. He told her about the plan that they had in place for them and to help out. I was skeptical of physical therapy at first because the problem wasn't muscles, it was bones but the my physical therapist, Sean, helped me understand how strengthening muscles can help. I was always greeted kindly by every person I saw there and it felt like an amazing community. I have seen so much improvement in my health with running throughout the time I was there. I just finished my course of therapy with 3DPT. The entire staff, especially Joey, my personal therapist, have been extremely professional and knowledgeable and have helped me get to where I need to be after a full knee replacement. Based on my experience, I would wholehearted recommend 3 DPT to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.

If you want to work with an amazing physical therapist team, I highly recommend calling 3DPT in Medford. I've been to others and they are the best. Their team is caring, fun and spot on in their treatments/diagnosis. I've recommended them to friends and family who have come away with the same exceptional experience I had.
