I went here with my wife to try out this whole stretching business. Walked in door with a friendly greeting, place was extremely clean, and I have to say their space age water machine was very refreshing. Anyways, my back was super tight and after 25 minutes Daija doing some super kung fu stretches had me back to being pain free, thank you! Ralph took care of my wife and she was ready to buy a membership. Definitely would recommend.
I have been going to Stretch lab for about 6 months now and have to say I am hooked. Nick is amazing. My pain in my legs and back has decreased significantly. I feel so much better week after week.
Jamie the therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable! She took her time and explained everything to me. She listened to my concerns and acted accordingly! I would highly recommend Jamie the stretch lab!!!
