I came to Trinity as a way to allow health and strength back to my shoulder and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is beautiful and filled with great equipment for all of your needs. The staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. My physical therapist was Sophia and I am so thankful that’s the case! She was attentive, she listened well and allowed me to explain my issues without interruptions. She is extremely knowledgeable and within the first few exercises, I could already feel a change in my shoulder. Sophia came up with a plan and schedule that was fit for my needs and that’s truly appreciated. Coming to a rehab center for help can already seem stressful because you want the healing to just get done but realistically that’s not the case as healing takes time. However, when you have a physical therapist as great as Sophia, it makes the time frame worth the wait. Thank you so much!!”

“About 10 years ago, I was doing PT for an achilles problem with Bin. Flash forward to 2024, I'm back again, but this time for some lingering hip and back pain. I initially didn't want to do PT, but unbeknownst to me, I would be working with Bin once again, and it was a great relief! (Had absolutely no idea, small world!) 10 years ago he helped with my achilles so I can get back to playing basketball and here we are again, 10 years later, and he has helped me tremendously so I can continue to play basketball (although I don't play as much as I used to, because I'm old lol) and jog on the treadmill. He worked with me for a little over a month and after each session the lingering pain would become less and less painful. After a month or so of working with Bin I feel 100x better and confident I'll be able to run daily and play basketball when I get the urge.
