A noticeable improvement. I am not 100% yet, but am going on vacation for a month so I needed to be discharged. Katherine Brown (Nellie) was excellent - explaining what is going on internally, how my at-home exercises help, always willing to answer questions, and very knowledgeable. If I have to come back in August, I would definitely want to continue with her.
