When a sudden onset of neck and shoulder pain threatened to hinder an upcoming vacation, I reached out to Dr. Dan. I required a virtual session as I wasn't able to get to the office prior to my trip and he accommodated. Meeting with Dan virtually far exceeded the many in-person therapy sessions I have had elsewhere for one reason - Dan's focus was solely on me. He listened, asked thoughtful questions and was able to make great observations and assessments of my mobility even through video. I took this as a testament to his vast experience and expertise. My initial reason for needing physical therapy was lower back pain. Dr. Dan helped me realize that my health journey was far beyond just fixing lower back pain. He developed a plan for me to first, be out of pain and second, to set more long term goals for my health and wellness.He is so incredibly knowledgeable and really takes the time to teach you about your own body structure and physical abilities and limitations.The one on one attention I received was far superior than any other physical therapy experience I had in the past.Now that I am no longer in pain, I continue to work with Dr. Dan in group training sessions, which I love!There are so many reasons to get...read full review

After experiencing significant elbow pain for months i reached out to Dan at Resolve for a consultation...i was very impressed with the comprehensive approach Dan took in first identifying the issue, and putting a plan in place for improvement. i now feel significant improvement in my strength, mobility and reduction in pain. Dan also takes the time to explain the "why" behind the therapy. i would HIGHLY recommend Resolve to anyone experiencing discomfort or looking to improve their overall performance.
