I have been to two physical therapy practices. The first was a few years ago. They reviewed my doctor's orders and assigned me a PT, whom I rarely saw, I was mostly left on my own with college interns available if I had questions. At Breakthru, in Medford, PT Meghan worked with me every session, setting a schedule of exercises that changed over time as I improved. She knew who I was, what my problems and needs were, and was genuinely interested in my progress. The support staff in the front office, the aides, and the interns are without exception pleasant and helpful when needed. The facility is clean and has diverse equipment to keep you interested and involved.

Breakthrough physical therapy has been a lifesaver for me after my injury. I play pickleball regularly, but I tore my calf muscles several times. Nick, my therapist, has been amazing in guiding me through the recovery process. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Thanks to him, I was able to return to the court as soon as possible. I highly recommend Breakthrough physical therapy to anyone who needs help with their physical health. They have a great team and a proven process that works.

Shannon and Bryan are literally my life saviors. Their communication is upfront and comforting. They are beyond sweet, and it genuinely feels like they are happy to be doing what they are doing! They answer all questions to the best of their abilities, and don’t get frustrated if you ask the same question multiple ways or need an alternative explanation. They actually try to find answers to your complaints, rather than dismissing you and just collecting a paycheck. I genuinely feel like they care about me, and my well-being.
