“I have been going to EPTG in Uptown Hoboken for the last 6 months and I cannot recommend them enough!! I started going for my knee after a pickle ball accident. I worked with 1 therapist, Jailyn, who created a customized plan with me over the course of a few weeks. She listens to my needs and tracks what's working vs what isnt, it's a fantastic partnership! Needless to say, the great care I was receiving led to adding services for my shoulder, which had been injured over a year prior. At that point, I was introduced to another phenomenal therapist, Lauren. Lauren has completely improved the strength and mobility in my shoulder and I'm FINALLY able to go back to doing the things I love ie. Volleyball and yoga. Both Jailyn and Lauren are so sweet, fun, and better yet, they actually listen to me! They're so nimble and willing to reassess at any point to ensure I'm getting the best care possible. THANK YOU!! Aside from the AMAZING therapists, the front desk is incredible! Christina is an insurance magician - she's explained my benefits to me outside of just the PT portion. Scheduling is always a synch and they will always meet you where you are. Additionally, if you're running late or if there's availability earlier that you had been interested in previously, they're great about calling and/or texting with updates. I cant say enough about this place - I used to dread PT as a kid, but I find with this experience, I can't get enough. There's a reason I'm in there 2-3x per week.”
