The physical therapist, Joe was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. He has been very helpful in correcting my shoulder and neck problems. He taught me exercises to help manage my nagging pain and strengthen my shoulder.
He gave simple, easy to follow exercises plans, helpful tips, and reassurance along the way. He was very encouraging and explained things in a way that was easily understood. “From the moment you walk in, Manuela at the front desk is sweet, organized, and genuinely welcoming. The team, including Eli, Josue, Edith, and Fallon, work incredibly well together and the vibe there is warm, fun, and inviting, which makes a big difference with me and my mother.

I have seen them treat everyone with kindness and respect. Though the practice can get very busy, it never feels overwhelming because the staff is so attentive and thoughtful, it honestly doesn’t bother me in the slightest.

The new chiropractor Joseph has also been wonderful. He is patient, professional, and very considerate. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all of my mother’s questions, and is always attentive to any signs of discomfort, which gives me a lot of confidence with her care.

Another thing I really appreciate is how accommodating they are with scheduling??they truly try to work with you.

There’s actually another location closer to us, but we continue coming to this one because of how amazing and wholesome the staff is.

“Recently, I fractured my left wrist while playing basketball, which unfortunately has ruined almost my entire season. Although my fracture has not been too bad, it has required a great deal of physical therapy to regain use of my wrist, reduce swelling, tension, etc., and get it back to 100%+. However, I have found that selecting a physical therapist has not been as easy as I thought it would be. I originally went to another orthopedic clinic, where everyone was very nice, but not nearly as thorough as they needed to be. On top of that, they also did not take my insurance card.

However, after researching for a little, I found this wonderful place, and I must say that I am extremely happy with my selection. Dr. Rob is incredible. Not only is he highly intelligent, knowledgeable, and professional, but it shows in his work. Dr. Rob has already improved my wrist significantly in just a handful of sessions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who ever needs physical therapy or orthopedic work. He is extremely professional, very kind and knows exactly how to help.
