Came here to recover from an ankle injury. Phil, Rodney, and Will took excellent care of me and gave me homework that helped me get mobile and recovered fast. They are affordable, flexible, and their staff is friendly and easy to work with. I recommend them without reservations.
Triboro Physical Therapy has helped me strengthen my week knee muscles and fascia after undergoing a knee replacement. Phil Serris is an excellent, highly experienced PT. He built my confidence as he helped me to build strength in the weakened area. He stimulated and massaged the knee joint and developed a series of exercises to strengthen the quads and hamstrings (or the area that is causing pain or lack of mobility). I have found relief for my weakened knee and I highly recommend Triboro Physical Therapy and Phil Serris in particular to build strength and reduce weakness and pain in any joint or part of the body.
I cannot speak highly enough about Triboro PT. The absolute best PT practice I've ever been to. Rodney and his team are thoughtful, kind, helpful and experienced. There's a reason they're so highly rated. They will do everything in their power to assure you get back on track physically, and are a pleasure to spend time with because they love what they do (and are excellent at it).Going through any kind of injury and/or surgery and rehab is hard, but Triboro have the expertise, sensitivity and support to get you back on track.
