Echoing all the good reviews here! PT's are my new favorite people group :) You guys rock! PT's have been so helpful in my and my loved ones' lives. Had a right knee strain (MCL possible meniscal) from skiing. THANK YOU JESS and SAM for getting me in shape for skiing again!!! From the first appointment I felt significant improvement thanks to Jess Zaeri (YAY JESS!!!!). Her approach of initial manual manipulation coupled with standard PT worked incredibly well. Jess expertly identified the area(s) of concern and while the manipulation was initially painful, this approach significantly reduced the original pain just a day later. From there the exercises she provided helped tremendously. Her student Sam Lee, is also incredible (YAY SAM!!!). She guided me through a series of new exercises and demonstrated kind empathy and expertise about knee positioning. The MedBridge app was helpful for the PTs to send so we could keep track of our exercises. I was concerned that the minor injury would not heal in time for an upcoming ski trip, but in just several sessions over a few weeks, Sam and Jess, strengthened my muscles, improved my stance, increased my flexibility to the point I was actually in better shape for skiing than ever. No pain whatsoever skiing. And no knee brace needed. They actually discouraged the brace and explained best to strengthen the muscle areas and not become dependent upon a brace. Really appreciate the wisdom shared and gained! Wanted to also add PROPS to the following folks: NOUR!!! the clinical director whose wonderfully genuine demeanor, joy, kindness, and professionalism sets such a great tone for all there. MILLY!!! the receptionist is an added asset to the team - she made such kind conversation and also made scheduling and if needed rescheduling so easy and would call to make sure I was coming to my appointments. On my last day, I met ANIEYA!!!, who is such a GEM!! Her energy, joy, expertise, belie her youth. She is not (yet) a PT, but I believe she will be an amazing one. I also did two sessions at W67th with Matthew Grinnell and his student (sorry can't recall her name somthing like Aalia? but she was great) and team were wonderful as well. Matt's familiarity with skiing was helpful. Spear has been wonderful and I will continue to highly recommend!!!
