“I have been going to this building since it has opened. My pediatrician moved here a few years ago so I switched all my doctors to this location. Everything they have is so modern and clean and all new state-of-the-art equipment.

My review today is about the staff at this location. At the primary health care office of Dr. Rodgers, one of the staff there Brianna S, has been helping me get pre-authorization for a medication my insurance suddenly denied. She not only responded to a flurry of inquiries from me, but helped putting in requests and sending information over and over again even after the appeals were denied. This went on for over 5 weeks. She made it happen, took all the steps to help me as much as she could while also keeping in touch with me to reassure me she was working on the problem.

It’s reassuring to know that when insurance pulls the rug from under you, there are people who will work hard to help you.

“Quick set up for app and appointments. Walk in, get help quickly. Price is fair and the staff were friendly as they listened to the issues. After blood came back got a call directly within 2 days and a medication put in and picked up same day. Will use again. Thanks all.“

“This is literally the best urgent care experience I’ve ever ever had. Everyone was so polite and professional. Answered questions, listened to me, even cracked jokes. I’ve never experienced care like this before. I feel like I left there with no box unchecked and no question unanswered. I live in North Jersey so not close to here at all, but I will absolutely be back to receive care. The receptionist was kind and professional and helped me with all of my paperwork. The NP Rachel was fabulous and made me feel like I had real control over my care. She was extremely professional and worked with me to plan my care and listened to what worked for ME. The medical assistants Tracey and Tia are absolutely phenomenal, professional courteous cordial and they SMILE! They really listened to me and never once did I feel like they were running out on me or not letting me get a word in. I don’t think I’ve ever been somewhere where I’ve thought “wow I’d love to work here” ?. I cannot say enough about this Immediate Care, 10/10. Keep it up ladies excellent job and THANK YOU!
