Easy and friendly check in and very clean environment. The doctor exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to talk with. He patiently explained my condition and how he was going to treat it. The medical assistant was also welcoming and pleasant and did her job very well. I was very pleased and satisfied and would go back again!
I had a shoulder injury that was bothering me for a week. I called my health provider to find a walk in clinic and Riverside was one of the places on the list.I went in and filled out the paperwork. The receptionist was very nice. Once I was done checking in, she said it might be a while since I hadn't made an appointment. I sat back down and only waited about 5 minutes before I was called in.The staff that took my vitals was very professional along with the doctor that treated me. I was in and out in about 45 minutes with no appointment and a treatment for my injury.Riverside was better than I had imagined.
Friendly professional staff. The physician was helpful and explained my options. This place is immaculate. I’ll never visit an ER unless it’s life threatening. Able to make an appointment which was very convenient.
