I was here on a Friday morning, and the process was seamless. I was in and out within 40 minutes and my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy immediately. Both people who did my intake as well as the doctor (Dr. Salmi) were welcoming and friendly.
After trying to go to the urgent care I usually go to and hearing it was over an hour late WITHOUT an appt I decided to try this one.
It’s actually closer to my home and I now have no idea why I haven’t tried it before!!!
I walked in, was seen within 10minutes and every single moment was filled with professionalism. Turns out I have bronchitis and there is not a more cheerful doctor you’d want to hear this from than the one that treated me !! (I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name)
Excellent care from start to finish
I was seen right away by a doctor, it was too early for an xray (bc the tech doesn't arrive until 9am and it was 8am) so the doctor gave me a walking boot so I could continue my day at work more comfortably and then come back later when I had time for an xray. When I arrived later that day, the receptionist remembered me and I was called in for an xray in under 5 minutes of arrival. Smooth, easy and the staff was great! Probably the best urgent care experience I have ever had.
