From the minute I walked into Optum Urgent Care in Wall, NJ everything was perfect. The women at the front desk were smiling and very helpful with my paperwork. I only waited 15 minutes (I was a walk-in patient). Dr. Neel Sahni was so nice, spent time discussing my condition and was super knowledgeable. He told me how to care for my intense poison ivy rash. I was prescribed two medications and he was very clear about how to take them. I will absolutely be back to Optum Urgent Care in Wall the next time I need a doctor. Thank you!!!!
This consistently is the nicest urgent care I have been to. Everyone who works there is so nice, they have no problem telling you how to save money over the course of your visit and they get you in and out!
The staff was pleasant and courteous, the doctor examined the problem area well, and they were speedy getting the medicine over to my pharmacy. Wait was a bit long, but that is to be expected for the time I went (a Sunday afternoon). Would recommend to those needing walk-in medical service. (Please check before going if you have an orthopedic issue on a weekend, the day I was there they had no X-ray tech on duty).
