We found the urgent care facility to be clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful and kind. They provided excellent medical care. I would go back again and I would recommend them to others.

From ease of appointment making online to professional, prompt and attentive service, our experience at Family First was excellent. Receptionist, nurse and the attending physician assistant, Emily, were all caring and very professional. The facility was very clean. I will definitely use again should the need arise.

My NP friend let me know the hospital wait was 5 hours. The Orthopedic appointment was not available until the middle of next week. Kristen, the nurse and X-ray technician was friendly and knowledgeable. She sized and trained him to use the crutches they provided properly. The PA, Melissa has worked here many years and is an enthusiastic educator. She thoroughly informed my son about the injury and the care needed. She splinted the fracture until the ortho appointment. Called ahead and visited the new office near Monmouth Mall.Thank you!Linda Curley
