“My visit this morning was very good and resulted in Dr. McLoughlin taking an X-ray of my very painful hip. She prescribed some steroids to improve my situation and I’m already feeling better. She and the entire staff was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend this urgent care to friends and family.“

“I have been going to this building since it has opened. My pediatrician moved here a few years ago so I switched all my doctors to this location. Everything they have is so modern and clean and all new state-of-the-art equipment.

My review today is about the staff at this location. At the primary health care office of Dr. Rodgers, one of the staff there Brianna S, has been helping me get pre-authorization for a medication my insurance suddenly denied. She not only responded to a flurry of inquiries from me, but helped putting in requests and sending information over and over again even after the appeals were denied. This went on for over 5 weeks. She made it happen, took all the steps to help me as much as she could while also keeping in touch with me to reassure me she was working on the problem.

It’s reassuring to know that when insurance pulls the rug from under you, there are people who will work hard to help you.

“Today was my first-ever visit to an urgent care facility, and I am so glad I was referred to this one by my GP. First, Angela has to be the friendliest, most personable and efficient front-desk person I've come across in quite some time. After filling out required papework, I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes before being called. I initially requested to see the M.D. that was onsite, but the N.P., Susan, came in to introduce herself, and asked if I'd mind working with her so I wouldn't have to wait any longer for the doctor. Once I learned about her many decades as an N.P., I felt assured I'd be well taken care of. And I was. Thoroughly. Her diagnosis was spot-on, and the prescriptions requested were waiting for me when I got to my pharmacy.

All in all, a very good first-time experience, and if I want the services of any non-emergency medical issue, I will definitely be back to this facility. Highly recommend it.“
