“I have a diabetic senior dog who is on a very regimented schedule for feeding and insulin. For the past 5 months, I've had to hand-feed her meals 3x a day to ensure she could receive her insulin doses. This process became unattainable and very stressful, so I reached out to Frank at Behavior Plus for advice. He offered an assortment of suggestions - adding specific products to her meals to entice her, removing metal bowls from her feeding, adding in a treat/reward approach during feeding times, etc. He also suggested her actions may be related to behavior issues and associating the kibble with pain. We made the changes Frank offered and now our dog is eating on her own for the first time in months! Big thanks to Frank and his team at BPDT - their compassion for pets (and their human parents) are like no other. I am forever grateful for his time and expertise in getting my dog back to her normal self.“

I've had collies for 40 years and have always been very particular regarding their care. When I leave Finn at Tanner's I am confident that he is in the best hands possible (besides mine) and he will be safe and have a great day playing. “The staff was kind, but did run into some minor issues, including a missed visit (I called and the visit was immediately covered by another associate). Overall, throughout the majority of the visits I would say that Randi and her team did a wonderful job. Communication was great, and she ensured I was happy with the services. I would recommend the services, but would add, making sure you clearly communicate the needs of the pets, times, walks, and expectations to the extent possible.
