“This is the best concept in modern fitness for all levels! They've tailored a program for exactly what I needed based on my unique physical and mental profile. I feel fantastic! I have more energy, have surpassed what I could do on my own, (by far!!) and can financially afford to maintain the program, which I'm so grateful they've figured out how to make personalized training affordable. I'm being grateful and HIGHLY recommend!!”
“Our son began attending EMA at the age of five, when he was quite the little dragon. Since then, he has transformed into a caring, disciplined, and focused child. Branson eagerly looks forward to attending class, not only to learn self-defense but also valuable life lessons. From little Dragon to junior Black belt, we are so proud of how far he has come with the awesome mentors EMa has provided us. We can’t wait to see what his future holds. Thanks team EMA!”
“F45 Wall is my absolute favorite gym! The classes are tough, efficient, and available at many times to work with my schedule. The coaches are very encouraging and upbeat which makes the workout even more enjoyable. The workouts can be easily modified for all ages and people in different stages of life. It’s a great community and I look forward to going to the classes every week!”
