The Exercise Coach Fair Haven
“I found gyms to be overwhelming. Trying to learn how to utilize the machines and make a workout plan was very stressful. At 75 years old I could feel myself getting weaker and felt the need for strength training. Luckily I found Coach Peter at Exercise Coach in Fair Haven. He and his staff are very supportive and knowledgeable. The equipment targets all the right muscle groups and the whole environment focuses on my individual needs. When I leave the session, I feel energized.”
