“I booked a last-minute deep tissue massage at Kur Wellness Studio, and it exceeded all my expectations. Antoinette did an amazing job—she was professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to work out the tension. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. If you’re looking for a great massage, I highly recommend booking with Antoinette!”
“F45 Wall is my absolute favorite gym! The classes are tough, efficient, and available at many times to work with my schedule. The coaches are very encouraging and upbeat which makes the workout even more enjoyable. The workouts can be easily modified for all ages and people in different stages of life. It’s a great community and I look forward to going to the classes every week!”
“We formerly lived in the area and are now in FLORIDA. F45 Shrewsbury is our home away from home. The energy, enthusiasm and fun in SHREWSBURY is contagious. The trainers are welcoming, surprisingly, remembering us when we come. They are knowledgeable, charismatic & challenging. It's a great gym & a program that works!”
