I'm giving this a four star only because well this facility and the trainers are phenomenal and the classes are beyond amazing, the class times are not extensive and did not work in my daily schedule. Other than that I highly recommend this gym if you want to get in great shape, the owner is wonderful to deal with, flexible and accommodating

Seriously, if you’re in Monmouth County and looking to improve your health, challenge yourself, and build confidence… there are no better people like Caity, Sean, Shea and Brian… and few fitness communities like Aspire Colts Neck.

Aspire coaches are all well educated and super motivating !! They are dedicated to helping every client achieve their goals! Amazing classes and small group personal training ! Everyone is so encouraging, a great atmosphere to work out in!
