864 NJ-37 W, Toms River“Awesome experience. Went in to an MMA class with no prior martial arts experience. Within 15 min a found myself holding someone in an arm bar….as a total newbie, I was honestly inspired and had no idea how fun the sport it. I recommend two things if you go in knowing nothing: 1) Watch some basic overview stuff before you come in because they throw you in (which I liked immensely because I much learn better this way) and 2) There’s a chance it’s going to be super hands on right away, naturally given the sport. If you have never done a close contact sport, think about this before you come in. Some people might be thrown off, despite how incredibly professional not just the teacher was, but students as well. I will be pairing this with weight lifting. 10/10“

“I receive acupuncture at Current through
Amy the acupuncturist. I knew immediately after meeting her that I was in the right place. Amy knows all about the body and where to place needles for many different conditions. At the beginning of each session Amy asked how I'm feeling and will add a new location based on my response.
She's extremely knowledgeable and I have benefitted greatly by seeing her. My chronic pain is under control and I actually don't need to address shoulder pain anymore because it went away with Amy's treatments. The room where I receive acupuncture is very calming and relaxing which gives my body the chance to benefit from acupuncture. The lighting is soft and
the music calms my nerves. I hope to increase the amount of sessions I have with Amy because I truly feel it is making a difference.“
