Thank you to Sara in the business office for welcoming me to the gym today. She happily introduced and demonstrated a stretch machine to my mom and I. We truly appreciate her patience and hospitality. The front desk staff was also extremely welcoming. I see why my mom loves this gym so much! Keep up the great work.

I can’t say enough great things about the gym and the childcare staff here. Being able to take some time for myself (including getting a workout in — woohoo!) while knowing my kids are being cared for in such a warm, welcoming environment gives me incredible peace of mind. The childcare manager is a seasoned mom of five who truly gets it and has built an amazing team.

While I don’t always take advantage of everything the Center offers, it’s nice to know those options are there. Sometimes, if time allows, I can even enjoy a sauna or take a shower in peace. Which feels like a luxury as a parent!
