It is so nice and refreshing to walk into the gym every day, be greeted by name, and have a great workout with a lot of support (and modifications when needed - throughout pregnancy, post-partum, and injuries). Every single coach as been top-notch, especially Dom and Steven - the two newest coaches. Mike, the owner, is such an amazing asset to Gamechanger and the broader community. He and the rest of the staff are always seeking to better understand your goals so they can support you as best as possible. It's the people who have kept me coming here for so long!
