Coach Cisco is simply the best. Other than just staying fit, if your goal is to get your child admitted to any military academy ,I cant think of any better person that the coach. His techniques, regimen, timetable is so structured that it keeps cadet candidates fully focused on the task on hand. There is no downtime. Every candidate works hard and understands importance of teamwork under his able guidance. my son spent 10 months there and Coach Cisco is one of the major most factors in getting candidates appointed to USMA,USNA,USAFA etc. Everyone is family at Origin Health and Fitness.
