It all began with John visiting our home to assess the space. He patiently walked us through all the options, including tiles, flooring, fixtures, and even changes to the original layout that we wanted. We felt guided every step of the way as we selected everything.

We ordered a custom vanity and countertop, but delivery took longer than expected. The team at Roeland was incredibly flexible and accommodating—they rescheduled the project without any hassle to align with when our items arrived.

During demolition, they discovered leaks and mold behind the walls (which we hadn’t known about). Instead of it becoming a major setback, they expertly handled the repairs and remediation, keeping everything on track and ensuring the issues were fully resolved.

Jhonni and his crew were absolute stars—they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were respectful of our home. Throughout the project, they offered helpful suggestions, and we were able to make adjustments as needed without any issues.

“Wow. Rich worked from 10-5 cleaning the grout on my kitchen floor. It looks like I bought a new floor. He even replaced one tile that I dropped something on and it cracked. he cleaned the floor too and put grout in other spots that needed it. Amazing job. Rich was very fastidious and a perfectionist. I tried to clean myself with zap and a steamer but could not get it clean. I was just about to buy a new floor but I tried grout envy first. Glad I did I highly recommend Rich without reservation. “I found out about Wayne as he was the contractor that installed the new septic tank at my house for the previous owner before I bought the place. He did a great job on that septic system and I've used him several times for other excavating needs since.Most recently he replaced underground power line to a shed for me, and he also excavated behind and repaired a brick retaining wall at my house that was pushing in from being built improperly by the previous owner.Wayne does all the work himself, so he makes sure everything is done absolutely right, there's no subcontractors or helpers to cut corners or screw up the job. Also his pricing is very reasonable, I highly recommend Wayne for any sort of job that involves excavating.“
