Roff roofing performed exactly as they said they would in every way. From the moment they started the job early that morning to the cleanup at the end of the day they were exceptional. All of the employees were so very pleasant to speak with and anxious to answer any questions . They were extremely conscious regarding the care of our property. We met with 5 local contractors to provide information and estimates for a total roof replacement, which included 2 skylights. Roff Roofing overshadowed all of them from the moment we started to ask questions about our estimate and started negotiating a contract. John Roff, owner, worked closely with us from the first meeting through project completion. He is very fair and reasonable and clearly takes pride in his company and work. We have had so many unfortunate experiences with contractors over the past 10 years, but this entire experience from start to finish, was nothing short of refreshing and wonderful. I am very aware when people are being manipulative in their sales tactics and John came in here with zero shenanigans. We got 6 quotes but John stood out because it was straight forward from beginning to end. No extensive upsells, complications, nonsense, or surprises.
