Flanders Wood Floors & Construction just successfully completed a project for us. we hired them to restore the original red oak wood floors in our home that was built in the 1960s. Since we purchased the home back in the 80s the original oak floors had been covered by wall to wall carpeting. The hardwood floor underneath had faded and looked bad. We hired them to rip out the old carpet and restore the red oak floors. They sanded it and refinished it restoring it back to its original natural beauty ! Martin and Leon were professional from the minute I met them. They showed up on time, did excellent work and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Additionally and equally important to me is they are are trustworthy. My job was two days long and I gave him the key to my house. Highly recommend!
From start to finish the Flanders Wood Floors and Construction was top notch and we could not have asked for more. Every detail and question that we had along the way was attended to and answered. Two of our bathrooms were in desperate need of repair and update and the final result was exactly as we wanted. Martin and Leon worked with our schedules and they and their team were able to complete the redo of both bathrooms within a two and a half week time frame. We highly recommend and have plans to use them for future work and updates to our home. They do not disappoint! Outstanding!
