Project manager Cesar did an excellent job coordinating the project, communicating with me frequently throughout the job and ensuring things went smoothly in spite of weather challenges. Cesar was respectful of my property as well as my neighbor’s, and took care to protect our decks from debris. His crew kept the area neat and tidy during and after the install. My new roof looks great!<br><br>In addition, Project manager Enrique came to my home to look at another problem I was having with a wet basement wall. He determined it was not from the roof but offered to try to determine the source. This was above and beyond what I would consider in scope for the roof project. “We chose Dream Concepts for our project consisting of a living room addition, covered porch, bathroom renovation, full roof replacement with gutters/soffits and a small rear entrance portico. Although priced on the higher side we decided to go with them as a result of good reviews and high recommendations. We wanted quality, timely and seamless work performed with true professionalism and it was obvious that they could provide that for us at our first meeting. It was a good choice because despite a very, very difficult winter they made the extra effort to ensure that the project progressed by completing certain tasks before being impacted by weather. This allowed critical work to continue on the interior. Little things like that moved the job along and at no time did we ever feel “abandoned”. In fact it was quite the opposite. Chase and the Dream Concepts team were a pleasure to work with and actually became part of our daily routine. The work was very coordinated, completed with true craftsmanship and care. Living areas were protected and sealed off as the work commenced. Despite a few additional charges that we felt should have been pre-explained and/or included in the higher cost that we paid, at the end of the day we were very pleased with the end result. We would certainly consider using Dream Concepts again should the opportunity arise and recommend them for your project as well.”

“Flanders Wood Floors & Construction just successfully completed a project for us. we hired them to restore the original red oak wood floors in our home that was built in the 1960s. Since we purchased the home back in the 80s the original oak floors had been covered by wall to wall carpeting. The hardwood floor underneath had faded and looked bad. We hired them to rip out the old carpet and restore the red oak floors. They sanded it and refinished it restoring it back to its original natural beauty ! We're very happy with the results and their attention to details and making sure we were happy. They were friendly and professional hard workers, my wife and I highly recommend them.”
