Back Home Safely installed multiple grab bars of different types for my wife with Parkinsion's. They also provided a new step at a sliding door that had a deep step to go outside. Both Kristin, the rep who walked through the house with us and helped us decide what we need and Steven, the installer, were punctual, helpful, and very friendly. A super pleasant experience all around.We're completely happy with the results and the care with which the installations were done. Nothing but high praise for this company.
