Billy and his team were very professional, responsive to our needs, and communicative. We had our basement finished (about 1,000 sq ft) and the project was well managed and clean. Billy and team worked around our schedule and provided insights along the way. Having a 2.5 year old running around the house, it was important to us to have the path from the front door through the kitchen to the basement door (we don’t have a walkout basement) cleaned each day to ensure nothing dangerous could get into the hands or mouth of our son. We worked with Bill and the Dream Concepts team this past fall/winter for our beautiful kitchen and partial adjacent dining room renovation. I was having a somewhat hard time finding a contractor that would understand my vision and needs, and seemed to find Dream Concepts at the exact right time. Bill heard me from the start and understood what I wanted and helped me through it. We hired Dream Concepts to gut and expand our primary. bathroom and closet. From the beginning, Billy was great to work with. He was very detail-oriented and always in communication. I really appreciated that he used an app to show the daily schedule, timeline, pictures of completed projects, invoices due, etc. It made it very easy for everyone to stay on the same page. Even when the project took longer than expected (through no one's fault), Billy made sure to stay in touch and keep things moving as quickly as possible.
