I called Tom in the morning and he was at my house before noon. He was very thorough and took a look at the all the potential causes for my issue. Although Tom doesn't perform what's needed in my situation he explained in detail what I need and gave me a recommendation for someone who does it. I will definitely call him in the future if needed.

I had to fill out I-9 form and due to covid had to go to a notary public, and I am very glad I found Philip! Before, I tried the library, UPS, and the bank all of which could not do I-9s. Philip is very knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. He could not take my card and I did not have cash or Zelle but he got Venmo on the spot!

Dally is my “hair tech” (stylist and colorist) and am happy to have found her over a year ago. She knows how to style and cut my naturally curly, shoulder length hair and recommended the most suitable color treatment for my white-silver- salt/pepper roots. My hair always receives compliments now. I am highly impressed and recommend this salon. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The salon location is also very convenient to where I reside.
My experience started with an estimate given by Rich. He was very thorough and gave great information of what should be done with four different trees . He told me it would take about a week and a half before he could get to me And he was right on time.. I was told the crew would be there around noon On the day they were scheduled and they were right on time. The crew he sent were very courteous and willing to Please. They took their time and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this tree service for anything you need done.

Carlos is no joke! From the moment he and his crew walked in, it was demolition, clean up and start work on our basement! What we thought would be weeks of work, was actually 3 full days( we had a hiccup with material delivery which was our fault) but Carlos worked around that! We will post pictures once we have rugs installed!! Definitely, recommendC & M improvement!
A beautiful job, as always! Anywhere Kevin goes, I go. He has the best staff, great prices and I love all of the different styles, colors and all the fun nail art they do. I always have a pleasant visit when I go and I'm always very happy with the service I receive. I will not go to any other salon, this is the only salon I will go to. Go if you haven't or just give them a chance, you will go back!
I like to follow up on my reviews. I noticed a negative review against the shop and the employees as well as the owner, Kevin. It may not be my business however, I have to stick with Kevin on this one. I have been getting my nails done by Kevin for over 20 years. He is a hard worker, has a great family, he runs successful businesses and he does it on his own. He is very polite and the review was taken the wrong way in my eyes, he felt as though you were mistreating his staff when they are the most welcoming group of ladies and very accommodating. Yes, it gets busy and without appointments, they do their best to get you what you want but you sometimes have to wait a few minutes. That's common courtesy, not rude. I also think that Kevin's response was not threatening or concerning. He asked you to remove a very negative comment especially when the review does not pertain to services you would have received had you been a little patient. They may have been short handed that day, or had a large group that was scheduled, we don't know, sometimes it's better to just take a moment and try to understand. This is a business, they don't want to lose clients, they want your business, so it's possible that the first impression may not have been exactly to your liking but I also feel this review should be taken down as well. If the authorities get involved, they will side with the owner, not only because of surveillance cameras but also to just advise that he will involve the authorities because he asked it be taken down for slander and that it's possible you are from the area and the police who get this complaint would get to you right away and it's not worth going through all of that when clearly the best way to go about this would be to just take down the review. Once again, you went in, did not want to wait, no appointment, and was treated badly by the staff because they didn't fully focus on you when they are all working on people's hands and feet with dremel tools and other chemicals. I apologize, I have just known Kevin and many of his staff for decades, and they are all good, hard working, kind and professional. Thank you all for doing a great job. ??
