“I’ve had such a great experience with Tim my trainer. He has a very positive, motivating energy that makes every session enjoyable, and I always feel completely comfortable working with him.

I love the private one-on-one training—especially the 30-minute sessions, which fit perfectly into my busy schedule while still giving me an effective workout. The environment is always great too—the music playing when I arrive really helps set the tone and keeps me motivated throughout the session.

I’m so happy I found this training program; it’s made a big difference for me. I honestly don’t think I could ever go back to a regular gym workout.

Even though I can currently only make it once a week because of my schedule, I always look forward to my sessions and plan to add more days whenever I can. The flexible scheduling makes it so much easier to stay consistent. Sometimes I go into session feeling tired and mentally confused. By the time the 30 minute session is up I'm feeling alive exhilarated and my mind is clear!

“She is truly amazing. She worked around my busy schedule. She pushed me when I needed to be pushed. She knows my limits and tests them if she thinks I can handle it and become stronger. She is always a pleasure tot all to and trust me she is a master of many many trades so she has some really good stories to tell throughout the workout.
