I was looking for a personal trainer to help me get back in shape. I have attempted to get back in shape many times and did not have much success. I have finally found the right trainer and program that works ! The L.I.E.T program at StudioWellth and Fitness!!I have been training with this program for a few months now and feel amazing. This program is very effective and minimizes the strain on your joints while building and toning muscle. I recommend this program to anyone who wants a dedicated workout with results! This is the training program you have been looking for!
Been training with Rich about a year now. I've made great progress by working hard and remaining consistent. I have greatly reduced my migraines and body pains, have lost weight, and gained strength. I'm very grateful to Rich for all the hard work he has done to help me get the this point!
I started my training journey with Rich back when I was 12 years old. I am currently a 21 year old collegiate swimmer training with an extremely experienced trainer. Rich creates specialized programs tailored to my sport specifically, all while implementing joint friendly exercises to encourage long term care of the body. Between each of his clients, Rich takes the time to deep clean each piece of equipment, which provides a safe and healthy environment for all. Rich is well educated in supplmentation, as well as meal planning, which gives anyone wanting to become more healthy the full package. I highly recommend Studio Wellth & Fitness to anyone of any age/experience!
