“DotLyfe Fitness has been an incredibly life changing experience for my athlete. When my son first started training with Coach Rell, he had very little understanding of what “strength and conditioning” meant and how it would change his perspective about not only training but how he takes care of his body. He’s always had a muscular build & didn’t know how to tone up or how strong he was. Weight lifting can be intimidating for young athletes but his experience at DotLyfe has been comfortable. Coach Rell consistently works on routines and concepts until my son has mastered them, he doesn’t just throw the next set at him. He guides him through his workouts, shows him his mistakes and corrects him in the moment. He’s a very thorough trainer and his ability to connect with his athletes through his experience makes them very comfortable and confident in his guidance. He’s learned a great deal about healthy eating & and the importance of recovery after workouts. The years of working with DotLyfe have fine tuned my athlete in multiple aspects & he loves every session. We are so grateful that we found DotLyfe and we’ll forever be apart of the DotLyfe family.“

“I was looking for a personal trainer to help me get back in shape. I have attempted to get back in shape many times and did not have much success. I have finally found the right trainer and program that works ! The L.I.E.T program at StudioWellth and Fitness!!I have been training with this program for a few months now and feel amazing. This program is very effective and minimizes the strain on your joints while building and toning muscle. I recommend this program to anyone who wants a dedicated workout with results! I've never been much of a gym person, but I find myself waking up every morning now eager and excited to go workout. Every single day is a different workout, and the trainers are amazing motivators. You will not be able to come up with a good enough excuse to stay away from this place!“

“It's a great gym in my opinion and very convenient for me on Yale St. Was there yesterday and return tomorrow. I generally go between 11AM and 3PM. Not too crowded.“
