I've never been much of a gym person, but I find myself waking up every morning now eager and excited to go workout. Every single day is a different workout, and the trainers are amazing motivators. You will not be able to come up with a good enough excuse to stay away from this place!“

“Awesome experience. Went in to an MMA class with no prior martial arts experience. Within 15 min a found myself holding someone in an arm bar….as a total newbie, I was honestly inspired and had no idea how fun the sport it. I recommend two things if you go in knowing nothing: 1) Watch some basic overview stuff before you come in because they throw you in (which I liked immensely because I much learn better this way) and 2) There’s a chance it’s going to be super hands on right away, naturally given the sport. If you have never done a close contact sport, think about this before you come in. Some people might be thrown off, despite how incredibly professional not just the teacher was, but students as well. I will be pairing this with weight lifting. 10/10“
