After a horrible experience with our former HVAC company who tampered with something during a routine service check then told us we needed to replace the entire AC/furnace system (quoting us $10k+) followed by another company saying the whole system didn't need replacing but part of it did (still quoting us ~$2k), the tech from Lioni came out quickly, identified some faulty wiring, and had us back up and running within ~15 minutes and a VERY reasonable small service fee. “so we had Pezz come out ( David specifically )to look at our HVAC unit in the basement because it was leaking water on the floor. right away, they were able to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution.
