John from Lou Fasano Heating and Cooling came out the day after I called and quickly figured out the issue and fixed it. I had yet another problem a week later and John came out that day and, again, fixed the problem.Even better, when I called in I talked to Lou himself and he did his best to walk me through troubleshooting the issue myself, obviously willing to pass up on a service call if successful.
