Do you ever feel it's hard to find a company that is reputable, diligent, and thrifty too? Van Doren Oil is all of those. Their techs and delivery persons are hard-working and courteous. Also, when you need a repair or answer on an upgrade, Van Doren is an oil delivery outfit that always is straight-forward and solid. Don't hesitate, Van Doren is the one.
Customer service provided by Tracy was above-and-beyond reasonable expectations. Unknowingly called her cell, after hours, and was immediately called back; she proceeded to take time out of her post-work afternoon (and early next morning) to set us up for prompt service call despite not even working in the service group. Probably the best customer-service experience I’ve ever experienced.Thank you Tracy, and Van Doren, for always being there for us!
