I have been a Van Doren customer in Califon since purchasing our home in 1998. The service is always prompt and of the highest quality with kind and considerate techs. However/and, the in-house service team is the best. Most recently, Fatima and Stephanie - I hate to leave names out, because they've all been fantastic over the past 28(!) years. I'm going to edit as I remember names, including Nicole!

I am glad I never shopped price only. There may be some less expensive companies. I have never moved my account because when it comes to heat, it's often an emergency and they've always been out as soon as possible and sooner than I could have hoped for.

Van Doren Oil Company is the best!
We have been loyal customers for longer than I'm willing to admit. Over the years we have had issues with our oil burner that could have been a disaster. But one phone call to Van Doren Oil, and we know that someone will be at our door and the problem will be fixed. We have come to count on them for service, and for reliable delivery of our oil.
We rely on Van Doren for all of our heating needs. You can too!!

Shortly after we moved to our home last winter we ran out of oil. I was embarrassed when I called Van Doren because it seemed like something I should have been on top of. John came out quickly and filled our tank. He was so pleasant and kind and very professional. He suggested auto refill which of course was an excellent idea :) Van Doren is a great company across the board - owners, office staff and service staff!
