He also noticed that the condensation pipe from our HVAC system was dropped on an angle that would make draining difficult and he propped it up for us even though we hadn't hired him for the HVAC. Great attention to detail and care for the customer, we're really happy. Communication from Aumenta was excellent - email and text notifications when the estimate was scheduled as well as when the install was happening, so we always knew what to expect. I recently bought a home and our inspector identified heavy grease buildup and roots in our sewer line. Before even closing on our house, Sewer Doctor was able to assess our inspection report and provide a quote to help us negotiate a credit with the sellers.

After closing, they came to the house to do a full assessment. Their revised quote ended up being lower than what we initially expected and they did a great job explaining the scope of work that needed to be done so that we understood and were well informed.

We ultimately ended up having our sewer line cleaned out and re-lined. The guys who came out to perform the work were incredibly professional, especially Rod. They were super friendly to work with and kept us updated through the whole process.

After getting our sewer repaired, we ended up getting a partial blockage in our pipe. James and Rod both responded right away and Rod came out on a Saturday to address the issue. Rod ended up working for several hours to identify and clear the issue, making sure that everything was fully resolved. I am so grateful for their expertise and responsiveness.“
