Believe me, I was with him and nothing in the basement was marked. He was able to locate and shut off the water so he could install a new bathroom sink on the second floor and put in new shut off valves under the sink. He also put tags on the main valves in the basement so it can be located in the future without a problem.<br>The sink he put in was exactly what I wanted.
