I had a great experience this morning with my Roto Rooter technician. He came out when he said that he would and was here for approximately 30 minutes. He was very professional and walked me through each step. Stuck a camera in the sewer line to locate the problem and snake out the issue. Overall, great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.
