The last time I called I spoke with Josh Phillip's and he absolutely changed everything around by making the necessary calls and not putting me back on hold for a 4th time. “Don came to our church,St. Paul’s UMC located in Wilmington DE on Jun 8, 2023 to remove a huge Honey Bee hive (over 90,000 bees) from behind the facia on the side of the church. He worked on a ladder over 8 hours to remove all the honeycombs in the rafters and he did it safely. He cleaned up the area and removed any and all debris. Don returned September 12, 2023 to verify that all the Honey Bees were gone.I would highly recommend Don and the Philadelphia Bee Company for any and all Bee services needed.“

They went the extra mile and checked places where critters could come in that were completely missed by a (larger) competitor. I live in a twin and they found an opening in the house next door, which the previous company didn't even find because they only focused on my dwelling. But it's the same building so it was extremely helpful that Next Generation checked all possible places. They were excellent about following up and checking the traps. I will definitely use them in the future.“

Every year I pay my renewal and well over a month after Ab-Con cashes my check, I still do not receive a call for my annual inspection. I shouldn't have to always follow up.“
