“Simply stated, Susan heals.
She takes the time to find your pain points and puts in the work to relieve them. I always feel like I'm floating home after being treated by her. She truly exemplifies the healing power of massage.“

1 Parkland Dr, Derry“I have been going to Parkland for 15+ years. i have had two surgeries, one being for breast cancer. From initial through follow ups, every one involved was wonderful. My latest visit, was to Cardiac out patient dept for my annual echo to monitor a condition. (It was an initial visit years ago due to extreme hyper tension- i met Dr Cohen. He brought solutions & kindness for me. I have continued to go each year. The cardiologist that I have seen are some of the best. The techs who have done my echo each year are professional & friendly. The tech I had last week was also tech that I had last year. This year I met Dr Graff, who immediately put my mind at ease. I want to mention Gerri & thank her for her continued kindness. Thank you to the nurses who have made follow up calls to see how I am doing. Having worked the healthcare arena- instilling confidence with kindness a key to the patient care. Cindi Tuite“

242 Sutton St, North Andover“I have been their patient since I moved to the United States ( 6 years ago) the doctor and staff are wonderful. If you walk in, you are expected to wait. So, always make sure to schedule an appointment. The doctor is honest, caring, and knowledgeable. My experience is nothing but pleasant! Highly recommended!“

323 Lowell St, Andover“I work at a school for autistic children in the area and I have always been truly impressed with their dedication, patience, and understanding when it comes to our students. Recently I met Dr. Nelson Matos and his nurses during a last minute visit with a student. He had such a calm demeanor and was very knowledgeable. It was a really wonderful experience and his caring nature could definitely be felt by my anxious student. His whole team was very warm and inviting and made the whole visit go much smoother. Apart from work, I’ve often taken my own child for various situations and every time the Express Care Team has been professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend.“

34 Haverhill St, Lawrence“Good attention
The bad thing is that you have an appointment and you still have to wait your turn“
8:30AM - 5PM
555 Turnpike St STE 31, North Andover“After my daughter's first appt. we were wishing we had read the reviews which tell you about the long wait times and poor communication about how the doctor appears via Zoom on a side station into the exam room, but once we got through that first appt. we were really happy with the attention to detail on the 2nd and 3rd appt. testing, and how knowledgeable the doctor is. People travel all over for this place because they do all the labs and testing right there. It could use some visual upgrades (the office decor reflects the 80s) but I get the feeling the staff has worked there a really long time which says something about how they treat the employees. As long as you are prepared to wait that first visit (plan at least 3 hours for the consult) -- I felt it was worth it in the long run.“

“11 years ago I was left with extensive nerve damage from a foot surgery that was ‘botched’ badly. I was left with pins and needles sensation 24/7, muscles constantly contracted, pain after walking short distances, extreme sensitivity and zero feeling elsewhere. I tried everything to regain some normalcy and nothing worked. However, with new technological advances, Softwave therapy has made all the difference to me! I am on my sixth session with RJ and barely have pins and needles anymore, my sensitivity has started to wain, the muscle tightness has drastically reduced and I have so much more balance. After 11 years, my foot is truly starting to feel normal – I never thought I would have any progress after all I’ve tried. But the experts at Modern Regenerative Health have given me a second chance at activity without pain and discomfort! And it has been AMAZING! Highly recommend!“
